Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your email address, when you buy the program or ask for the free sample.

Your name and billing details, if you buy — these are collected and held by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

If you start a personalised Protein Club order: the first name you give me, the foods you tell me you can't or won't eat, your favourites, and your answer to one health screening question — I use these to filter the guide. I never ask for your weight, height, age, or goals. This is saved when you begin the order, so it may exist even if you don't finish paying.

A record of your purchase: what you bought, when, and the version of the terms you agreed to.

The date and IP address when you download your program. We keep this because it is the evidence a card network asks for if a purchase is ever disputed.

Why we collect it

To take your payment and deliver what you paid for.

To send you the free sample if you asked for it.

To email you occasionally — only if you gave us your email for that purpose, and only until you tell us to stop.

To answer you when you email us.

Who else sees it

Stripe processes payments and handles your card details under their own privacy policy.

Resend delivers our email.

Neon hosts our database, and Vercel hosts this website.

Vercel also provides privacy-friendly analytics that counts aggregate page views so we can see what's working — it sets no cookies, collects no personal information, and does not track you across other sites.

That is the entire list. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not trade it with anyone.

Seeing, changing, or deleting your information

Email hello@fitbymakenna.com and ask. We will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.

One exception: we keep purchase records where we are required to for tax and accounting, and we keep a record of an unsubscribe so we do not accidentally email you again later.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no agreed standard for what a website should do with it, and we do not respond to it. We also do not track you across other websites, which is the thing the signal exists to prevent.

Tracking across other sites

We do not allow third parties to collect information about what you do on this site over time or across other websites. There are no advertising pixels and no cross-site analytics here.

If that ever changes, this section will change with it before it happens.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe sets cookies on its own checkout pages, which are necessary for payment to work and for fraud prevention.

Children

This site is for adults. It is not directed at children, we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and you must be 18 or older to buy.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that materially affects what we do with your information, we will update the date at the top and post a notice on this page before the change takes effect. If you are on our email list, we will tell you by email as well.
