The policy

If this isn't what you hoped it would be, email within 14 days and you'll get every dollar back. No forms, no hoops, no explaining yourself.

Email hello@fitbymakenna.com within 14 days of buying. Say you'd like a refund. That's the whole process — you don't have to explain yourself, and we won't try to talk you out of it.

How long it takes

We process it as soon as we see the email. Your bank then takes 5–10 business days to put it back on your card. That part is out of our hands.

If it's been longer than 14 days

Email anyway. If something's genuinely wrong, we'd rather fix it than hide behind a date.

Please don't file a chargeback

If something's wrong, email first. A refund is faster than a chargeback, you get more of your money back, and disputes cost a small business far more than the sale was worth. We have never said no to a refund.
